Crafting an engaging training program for Dubai Municipality's employees from various departments posed a significant challenge. The program needed to effectively educate employees on the metaverse and web3, while also keeping them engaged and motivated. It was essential to balance theoretical knowledge with interactive learning to captivate a diverse workforce and encourage active participation throughout the entirety of the training.

HoloFair developed a dynamic immersive experience tailored for Dubai Municipality employees, facilitating hands-on learning in a 3D environment:
Digital twins of iconic structures like the Museum of the Future and the Dubai Frame were created within the virtual landscape, alongside an outdoor amphitheater for interactive live sessions and Q&A.
A trivia challenge involving hidden sticky notes was introduced, where employees found and answered questions for rewards, promoting discovery and learning.
A maze game presented a navigational challenge, with employees finding their way through complex paths to the finish line, encouraging participation through a scoring system.
Competitive elements, including leaderboards and a rewards system, were implemented to maintain high engagement levels.
Educational materials like videos and PDFs were embedded within the experience, unlocking only after completing specific activities, ensuring a mix of entertainment and learning.
VIP members were provided with custom avatars for a personalized experience.
Employees collaborated in virtual teams, engaging in discussions, brainstorming sessions, and collaborative assignments, effectively replicating real-world teamwork in a virtual landscape.
The experience and content were made available in both English and Arabic, ensuring inclusivity and ease for all employees.
